[REC] Shadow Word Death spam

- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Describe the Issue
Shadow Word: Death. Gets recommended on cd regardless of procs health or absorb shields.
It was recommended to me as the first global after pressing Dark Ascension as well. And voidblast sometimes doesn't get recommended before DA ends even though it's off cd.

I got the profile from TheWarWithin/Priorities/PriestShadow.simc
But to check if it would make a difference I've just reinstalled the addon (deleted saved variables)
So it is the default profile now for sure. Also made a clean new profile.
My talents are the default VW single target talents from publik's icy-veins post

naked SWD recommended in Dark Ascension window when Void Blast is available. There is no shield on the target and no procs for SWD

Just staring at the target. SWD is recommended as the 3rd ability after Halo and Mind Spike pre-pull. I have cooldowns and minor cooldowns enabled.

My guess is that it thinks that target has a shield to benefit from Devour Matter. These priorities would make sense then.

Ok I just deleted this line from the profile
High Priority Shadow Word: Death when you are forcing the bonus from Devour Matter
actions.main+=/shadow_word_death,cycle_targets=1,talent.devour_matter
And it looks fine now
Looks like we removed the simc Expression for forcing the shield munch force_devour_matter. Should we add it back in and assign it to a state expression along the lines of return debuff.all_absorbs.up? @Hekili
Did you import something from raidbots/simc? Your snapshot is loaded with LUA errors from a pack that is not the default
Additionally, none of the recommendations in the snapshot are shadow word death. You need to get the snapshot when you think the current recommendations are wrong
