[REC] Bestial Wrath recommended when Barbed shots stacks are at 2

Describe the Issue
When specced into scent of blood (even if 1 point), we should use our barbed shot stack before doing bestial wrath as bestial wrath immediately gives a stack of barbed shot back.
How to Reproduce
- Enter game as BM hunter
- Check recommendation, shows bestial wrath before barbed shots
- During fight as well, bestial wrath doesn't take into account existing stacks of barbed shot

This is the correct rotation according to both the sims and the guide. Pressing bestial wrath on your opener is more important than that 1 charge refund.
