[BUG] DH Aldrachi Reaver - Hekili dissapears at times during fights

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this bug report (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
Describe the Issue
When in M+ or delves Hekili appears fine for most the time 80% then it just disappears will only show trinket or infernal strike
How to Reproduce
- Go into M+ or Delve as Veng DH in Aldrachi Build
- Get into Combat
- Follow hekili rotation until it disappears, usually comes back 5-10 seconds later
