Marks Hunter using Dark Ranger priority bar freezes after casting Hunters Mark, Aim shot into Rapid fire!!

- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this bug report (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
Describe the Issue
When playing MM hunter, when using dark ranger. Initial cast of Aim shot followed by rapid fire into "True shot aura priority freezes and recommends using Aim shot and black arrow but cannot use these talents.

How to Reproduce
Enter game as Marks Hunter, using Dark Ranger
Stare cast sequence Hunters Mark, Aimed Shot, follow buy Rapid Fire, When casting True shot Aura priority freezes and will not move indicating Aimed shot then Black arrow,
