Describe the Issue

When entering sub opener, the recommended rotation flickers from the standard rotation on all 3 windows to Symbols in all 3 windows and will continue to alternate every half second or so back and forth until there are no charges of symbols left. Seems to resume when a charge returns.

How to Reproduce

1. Enter game as sub rogue
2. enter combat
3. profit

Yea it does this when the mob/dummy is zero or mega low hp. similar to what shiv did with sin rogue when a mob is about to die. does a similar thing for other specs too but in m+ sceneroes its not so good to blow then desync subs precious micro cds
