[REC] After using Volley the addon still recommended multi-shot to get trick shots

- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.

Describe the Issue
When you use volley you will get trick shots for the duration of the volley. The addon still recommends using multi-shot to get trick-shots on a 3+ target AOE situation. This should not be the happening as long as trick shots buff is active.
Multi-shot should only be recommended when there are +3 target AOE situation and no trick shots buff is active.
How to Reproduce
- Enter the game as Markmanship Hunter
- Take the Trick Shots and Volley talents.
- Use Volley
- See recommendations while trick shots buff is active during Volley.

This is correct, you are using it to spend precise shots, not gain trick shots.
