Windwalker not recommending second charge of Storm Earth and Fire

  • I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
  • I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.

Describe the Issue

Hekili is not recommending our second charge of SEF outside of our major cooldown window. This was tested in m+ and at aoe dummies in orgrimarr. I have also tried toggling the "reserve 1 charge for cooldowns toggle" and it did not make a difference.

How to Reproduce

  1. Enter game as windwalker monk.
  2. Follow priority list and go through major cooldown window with Xuen, SEF, SoTW, conduit etc.
  3. Second charge of SEF not recommended and SEF does not show back up on hekili until major cds are back.

I am going to close this for now, as an update for the WW apl has been done. Whenever the next addon update happens (version 1.0.8), if this issue still occurs you can reopen this ticket or open a new one.
