Feature Request

Surging Totem move suggestion. If surging totem is out of range while you in combat and tremor of totem does no damage suggest to press move totem to reallocate totem near mobs so tremor does damage.

Additional Information

probably need to track Surging totems Tremor pulses and check if damage done or not on each pulse.

This macro comes from the teaching instructions on Wowhead during Season 1, when the Totem Throw talent was in use. Although it wasn't mentioned again in the teaching materials for Season 2, since there's no fundamental change in the mechanism, theoretically, it can still be used. Of course, I will keep an eye on your doubts regarding the data.

It's usually better to not use the macro for Totemic hero talents, as the DPS loss from the worst case (i.e. pressing the macro and the mob/boss gets moved instantly out of range) is high. Better have it as an extra button so you can press it on demand.

Meanwhile a weakaura like Surging Totem Pulse could help.

It's 99% worthwhile to just macro Surging Totem to Stormstrike since the scenario you describe could just as easily happen when you manually relocate Surging Totem.

I worry about adding a feature for this, because (1) people will not recognize the Surging Totem move icon and (2) making it optional will cause people to overthink whether they should enable the suggestion when Surging Totem's pulse doesn't hit anything.
