Describe the Issue

Hey, rotation for Devastation evoker with Flameshaper hero talents doesnt work. First few second its ok, then nothing works. Its show things on CD's as ready including trinkets etc...

Same happend in raid. On opening with BL and Dragonrage its work, than it just stop and do nothink.

How to Reproduce

1. few seconds of rotation is ok, than its just bugged.
2. in dungon its not showing on target dummies just sometimes

Additional Information

I was in +10 Cinderbrew meadery when it happened first pull with BL. First few spells were right and than its just stopped. Icons stay the same without time indicator etc.
