Shadow Priest Hekili recommends waiting for void blast

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Describe the Issue
After using my 2 Voidblast charges the addon doesnt recommend me new spells and just waits for voidblast to be off cooldown again for like 4 seconds.
How to Reproduce
- Log in
- Use Hekili rotation with voidweaver
- After casting rotation once i used my 2 stacks of of voidblast its not recommending new spells but says to wait for voidblast

Yeah i deinstalled the Addon, delted the folder and reinstalled it and i still have the same issue. Tried it today again it still telling me to wait 5 seconds so voidblast is of cooldown to cast and doesnt recommend other skills.
I'm not able to recreate this. Can you try uninstalling your addon (By actually deleting the Hekili folder \World of Warcraft\_retail_\Interface\AddOns\Hekili ) and re-installing?
