[REC] Frostfire mage double flurry not recommending ahead of time

Describe the Issue
There is a situation when playing frost where you want to cast back to back flurries, the addon recommends this in the first slot but it does not predict it ahead of time. This happens after the instant cast frostfire bolt (flash freezeburn) which grants excess fire and ice. The first flurry cast is the normal "last cast was frostfire bolt" condition and the next cast is "if excess fire and ice are up" to avoid losing a brain freeze proc.

How to Reproduce
Play frostfire with aoe talents
Disable cooldowns for ease of testing
Follow recommendations, wait for a proc of flash freezeburn or trigger it with icy veins. This causes frostfire bolt to grant excess fire and ice which should trigger the double flurry behaviour.
