[REC] Destruction Warlock - Tempered Potion Not Recommended

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Warlock - Destruction
Describe the Issue
For whatever reason Tempered Potion (max quality) is not being recommended as part of the rotation. I've tried an new profile, reinstalling etc.
How to Reproduce
- Fight Something
- Run through rotation, including ensure summon infernal is active.

You have potions disabled:
potions = false
You will need to toggle them back on, either from the minimap menu or the toggles menu inside the full addon settings
