[REC] Elemental not recommending Best-In-Slots

  • I am not playing on a private server.
  • I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
  • I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
  • I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Describe the Issue

Post update Best-In-Slots still does not show up in rotation suggestions unless it's to swap from one form to another (agi to int etc).

How to Reproduce

  1. Enter as elemental shaman
  2. go to target dummy
  3. perform rotation

  1. it is on cd it shares an internal cooldown with trinkets (30 seconds)
  2. The latter, the CD is reduced I think it's the same as the above like if you say moved trinkets from one slot to another for example they go on a 30 second CD.

I don't have one to test, can you answer the following questions for me?

  1. When you cast it in combat, is it instant and off-GCD, like regular stat boost trinkets?
  2. When you cast it out of combat, what cooldown does it go on? The full 2 minutes or reduced?

Would you be able to test a fix for me? Using the Classes.lua and TheWarWithin/Items.lua files from my pr: #4525

Just tested with no luck
just to confirm test method. Coped the raw files and repalces the .lua files in TheWarWithin folder. Do I need to replace the classess.lua in the root folder of hekili too? (never done this)
