Brewmaster 4set bricks the addon and freezes it

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this bug report (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
Describe the Issue
The Brewmaster monk tier set for 4pc will cause the addon to fully lock up and stop producing results, It does not do this when using the 2pc for the current season or the 2pc or 4pc for the last season.
How to Reproduce
- Play Brewmaster monk
- Have 4pc TWW S2 set
- fight in an encounter 20+ seconds long

Can you use the bugsack and buggrabber addon to get the Lua errors?
Yes, I can do that. I do not believe I am getting any Lua errors but I have just downloaded the addons.

Looks like I forgot to add a value to the reduceCooldown call for blackout kick.

Perfect, yeah sorry about that. When I put on my 4set it appears to be lagging behind and not updating. Itll show me out of range, showing abilities not on cooldown after Ive used them and not continuing its string.
