[REC] Havoc icons disappearing + essence break being recommended after death sweep

- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Describe the Issue
While doing timewalking, i noticed that the icons were disappearing from time to time and in one instance, that unfortunately did not capture, they completely vanished for a good minute. In addition, I noticed that the addon recommends Essence Break after death sweep and/or with weird timings that do not allow us to create the optimal EB window
How to Reproduce
- enter game as havoc
- run dungeons
- execute rotation based on recommendation normally
- (for EB dummies might be enough)
