Describe the Issue
When in totemic hero talent in single target raid build ascendance is not shown in the rotation leaving a lot of dps being available on boss pulls
How to Reproduce
- Spec into totemic st build currently in wowhead raid at build
- follow rotation on a training dummy and see that the cooldown is not recommended
