Feature Request

The "Elemental's Tempest" needs to add a target - switching API; otherwise, it won't execute the target - switching command
In Hekili's Tempest statement, I added 'talent.lightning_rod.enabled & lightning_rod' and chose 'cycle usable targets', but it doesn't work.
