Describe the Issue

When entering solar eclipse in single target, addon is not updating the recomendations after 2 starfires, recommends multiples. similar to #4526

How to Reproduce

1. Enter game as Balance Druid
2. Go to isolated dummy and start single target rotation.
3. Many starfires when entering solar eclipse.

Additional Information

Sunfire and Moonfire seems to be recommended after but then it goes to starfires again.

Fix submitted, there was a typo preventing the addon from understanding it would get eclipse after 2 starfires.
