Describe the Issue

Sometime my recommendations for havoc just vanishes and the addon dont recommend any button to press, i have the addon congif to show the next 3 buttons to press but in the screenshot they stop appearing. And i am noticing the addon recommending meta when eye beam is off cd or recommending eye beam after i use reavers glaive before activating the thrill of the fight buff

How to Reproduce

I dont know exatcly how to reproduce, but it happens mostly when i am fightning mobs in the open world or m+ and they die and i go to another pack, it doesnt happen when i am in the target dummys in dornogal.

Same exact issue, Havoc DH the priority just disappears when I approach open world mobs. Havnt entered dungeon yet however it worked fine in the first tutorial delve when starting the expansion.
