Describe the Issue

While talented Hidden Opportunity, RTB rules changes from Keep It Rolling. You should be rerolling unless you have 5 buffs, either with or without cto buffs.

You're 2 versions out of date, can you replicate the issue on the newest version? There were outlaw changes recently.

Thanks for getting the new one. This is directly due to needing a SimC update. We last updated on March 15th, and the specific SimC change that would make you reroll under 5 was done on March 17th. Issue should be resolved on the next APL update.
