Describe the Issue

As the title says, Frostscythe does not appear in my ability rotation. Until yesterday, it did appear, but now it doesn't.

How to Reproduce

1. Enter the game
2. Start a combat
3. Frostscythe does not appear

The snapshot indicates it's not being recommended because you're too far from your target. Does it work when you stand closer?
