Describe the Issue

I put a ticket in previously for Aug where recommendations were disappearing when empowering Fire Breath. You were able to fix it, perhaps this is the same issue?

How to Reproduce

  1. Spec into Flameshaper hero tree
  2. Empower Fire Breath when suggested
  3. Hekili recommendations disappear until empowered Fire Breath is completed
  4. Recommendations reappear
