Describe the Issue

The issue that I am having is that now with the new tier set and improved Death coil talentend, we should be using epidemic only on 7+ targets. When I go into m+ runs it is recommending me to use epidemic from 3+ targets. Since I am not too comfotable messing with the action list or apl, im not too sure why this is. Has it not yet been updated or is it a current bug that has not been reported?

Is there any way I can manually change this through the priorities action lists?

How to Reproduce

Enter any combat situation with more than 3 creatures and it will still recommend epidemid rather than Death Coil like it should be doing

Re-opening, I see there might be a bug with the variable that determines the epidemic count

well this is what I am reading and being told by others

This may help the different results we are getting

5 targets running Rider talents and 7 for sanlayn talents. but since most of the meta is to use sanlayn it makes more sense to set it to 7.
