[REC] Havoc DH does not consistently use The Hunt outside of opener

Describe the Issue
Currently the addon dosn't seem to properly recommend The Hunt outside of the opener. In many fights, 1 to 3 casts are missed, even though the cooldown becomes available and its use would be optimal.
How to Reproduce
Enter game as a Havoc Demon Hunter.
Talent into The Hunt.
Notice that The Hunt is used in the opener.
Continue fighting and monitor cooldown.
Observe that The Hunt is not recommended again or only after a significant delay. (unsure)
