The rotation is broken - Hekili doesn't suggest Shred at all.

How to Reproduce

1. Play as Feral Druid in Cata
2. Attack Training Dummy
   Hekili doesn't suggest Shred at all.

P.S. Is the 2-set bonus (Ferocious Bite refresh the duration of your Rip on targets with 60% or less health) being implemented also?

Shred is fine now, leaveweaving and bearweaving are not appearing in the suggestions though (respectively Feral Charge and Bear Form). Supernuss' logic was not bad for these.
Should I raise another issue ticket?
