[BUG] Assassination Rogue DPS, Hekili stops making suggestions or too few suggestions

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this bug report (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
Describe the Issue
Problem is that Hekili sometimes either only gives you one or two button(s) to press whilst displaying no other buttons, or completely disappears, only to come back when an ability is pressed.

This problem can be reproduced multiple times, and in different talent tree arrangements (Such as a Mythic+ talent tree).
How to Reproduce
- Enter Game as Assassination Rogue
- Play as Assassination Rogue
- Do usual rotation and it'll happen very quickly, multiple times.

This is already solved: #4729
That claims it was solved 2 days ago, but Hekili is up-to-date according to Curseforge, and the issues I've experienced and screenshotted are within the last hour.
The fix is not yet on Curseforge, if you check the link you'll see that the pull request is still open meaning it hasn't been merged into the addon yet. You will need to wait for the next release.
