Describe the Issue

Hey everyone, I finally managed to get the autosnap + post snap for the UHDK issue when icons randomly disappear from time to time. I was running a random delve with m+ talents but in raid it wa kinda common as well.

How to Reproduce

1. enter game as unholy dk
2. run a delve (?), raid or m+
3. execute rotation normally and it might randomly happen

...there are ~8 seconds between them and I can't tell whether Death Coil was used or not. (@syrifgit, any idea why previous_spells is populated for the first but not the second?) I can see that the first entry has 2 Festering Wounds applied while the second has 1, so I'm not sure where that wound disappeared to, but it does make the difference between Festering Strike being recommended or not.

Overall, I think this ticket can go on hold until after the updated priority is released.
