Describe the Issue

after Last update hekili, for prot paladin its have a problem in rotation its not a error, but when you use a recommended spell for example Avenger Shield, its goes to cd for about 10sec
but in hekili squre it still stay on your first spell you need to use and its sometimes not always, and i see this problem in dungeon, but i check Target Dummy it was fine and wasent problem.
and this problem just show after update becuse yesterday its was good
(and 1more thing i need to say, i use that checkbox for only spellwarding when cast on me)

How to Reproduce

just do a dungeon (i do a 12 cinder and saw this problem) and use just ability hekili recommend and you will see that
