DK - Frost

Describe the Issue

Moment you enter 10 yard range Hekili changes Frost DK recommendations changes from Remorseless Winter -> CDs (Pillar of Frost - Empowered Rune Weapon -> Reaper's Mark -> Frostwyrm's Fury to just Obliterate + Frost Strike sometimes Howling Blast and never re-recommends CDs. Just continues with Obliterate and Frost Strike.

How to Reproduce

1. Enter game as Frost DK
2. Walk up to multiple targets (Enemies + Dummies work)
3. Recommendations changes as describe in the issue

If I had to guess, I'd say you imported your priority from SimulationCraft and wiped out the adjustments we make to the priority to make it compatible with the addon.

If I'm incorrect, please reset the Frost DK priority, reload your UI, and provide a new snapshot. Thanks!
