[REC] Disc priest Voidwraith stays recommended after pressing it on cooldown

- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Describe the Issue
Playing Voidweaver, default m+ spec. Recommends voidwraith indefinitely after casting mindbender.
How to Reproduce
- Enter game as disc priest
- Put this build in: CAQAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA2mZmxYMGzMjZ2MbzMzMzAAAAAAAAAAAYWmlZbwMzgZhhxYMMLsNTjJWGwMDAaAMbz2GYsZDA
- Hekili recommend voidwraith/mindbender
- press it + a couple spells, it recommends it again even though it is on cooldown

Spec - Discipline Priest
Describe the Issue - Hekili recommends Voidwraith which quit working as of the patch on April 22nd. Voidwraith will be recommended to use and the tooltip (which is accurate to voidwraith) doesn't match the blizzard tooltip (which is mindbender if running both talents) as of April 22nd.
Steps to reproduce: Be on Disc priest, TWW current. Run talents mindbender and hero talent voidwraith. Voidwraith will be recommended on hekili but mindbender doesn't work interchangeably.
This functionality broke with the launch of April 22nd patch. What I mean by that is before the 22nd, Hekili would recommend voidwraith and you could press voidwraith and it would satisfy the request. Since the update, the tooltip for voidwraith seems to have been changed to Mindbender.
