[BUG] nameplate glow not working

Describe the Issue
Hekili has any conflicts with the Liquid Undermine raid WeakAura?
I'm currently investigating the issue. The nameplate glow feature from One-Armed Bandit works when Hekili is not loaded, but it doesn't work when Hekili is loaded. I'm trying to identify the cause.
How to Reproduce
- enter game
- go to One-Armed Bandit
- using liquid weakauras - https://wago.io/LiquidUndermine
