active_dot.mystic_touch always return 0

- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Monk - Windwalker
Describe the Issue
This is for Mistweaver monk, it seems there is no option for that. This is the default priority other than one change in the aoe action list, I changed spining crane kick to "( talent.celestial_conduit.enabled & ! talent.xuens_guidance.enabled ) | active_dot.mystic_touch < active_enemies"
How to Reproduce
I just applied the buff and moused over the conditions and it's always 0

I forgot to mention I did try changing the aura id to the spells id instead of the spell book id. I've tried it both ways with the same result.
