Describe the Issue
Frost seems to be mostly broken especially for M+ using Frostbane. Frostbane procs are not tracked at all, which is a core priority ability for Frost DK. Even without this, skill priority weights seem to need to be looked over again.
How to Reproduce
- Enter the game
- Spec into Frostbane on Frost DK talent tree
- Observe Frostbane proc is not tracked or suggested, as if it does not exist.
