Describe the Issue

Speccing into Celestial Infusion, Hekili does not recommend it where you would use Celestial Brew.

How to Reproduce

1. Brewmaster Monk.
2. Spec into Celestial Infusion over Celestial Brew.
3. Hekili no longer recommends defensive in that spot in the rotation.
