Describe the Issue

Since the new update, Assa rotation keeps suggesting to rupture during Indiscriminate Carnage window even when all the mobs got it already.

How to Reproduce

1. Enter a game as Assa
2. Follow the rotation, after putting rupture on mobs, it still suggest you to spam rupture
