[REC] Shadow Priest Underusing Mind Blast + Double Shadow Crash rec

Describe the Issue
Issue 1 : I believe Shadow Priest ST Archon rotation might be underusing Mind Blast. In raidbots it makes uses of it consistently to avoid overcapping and spending shadowy insight, for example in the quick sim I shared it uses it 7+ times in the first 30s of a fight, while it hasn't been recommended once even with shadowy insight procs on live dummy until it asked to double use it after 30s.
Issue 2 : On AoE and sometimes in ST hekili recommends to empty your shadow crash charges at a pack that's below 6 targets.

Do a normal opening and rotation as Shadow Priest (Archon hero talent)

Then you'll need to get a snapshot of this. The snapshot you provided is suggesting mind blast. You need to provide a snapshot where it's not suggesting the spell, but you think it should.
Issue 2 : On AoE and sometimes in ST hekili recommends to empty your shadow crash charges at a pack that's below 6 targets.
Your own sim that you linked does this too, seems to be a non-issue.
Rerunning your sim as 5 targets, it also does it.
And update your addon before you test, version f was just released and contains fixes for Shadowpriest void torrent cancelling.
