Describe the Issue

Attempting to use target.within on ANY ability as a Prot Warrior prevents that ability from ever being recommended.

I've tested target.within on dummies and it always returns False, even I'm standing directly on top of the target.

How to Reproduce

1.) Be Prot Warrior
2.) Use target.within10
3.) Watch it never be recommended

Seems like an API range detection issue. try it on something that's not a target dummy?

Works perfectly on normal mobs, thank you.
