Before You Begin

• I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
• I am not playing on a private server.
• I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
• I edited the title of this bug report (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.

Describe the Issue

There is a problem with the warlock Affli, sometimes when I reconnect the addon bug, when I have the talent "Absolute Corruption" the addon does not recognize the Debuff on the target and asks me to spam "Wither" when it is already on the target, and in aoe it does not recognize "Wither" either and asks me to spam "Seed of Corruption".

But it's strange sometimes it recognizes it well. And the addon doesn't bug, I tried to reload and reconnect several times when it bugs, nothing works. I tried previous versions it doesn't work. Once the addon no longer bugs, it works very well.

How to Reproduce

the addon just needs to recognize the "Wither" debuff when it is permanent on the target with the Absolute Corruption talent
