Describe the Issue

I am trying single target combat, just put up rip with bloodtalons and tiger's fury, when i get full cp again its asking me to apply rip again for some reason and there's still 10+ seconds left on the current rip when iirc it should be telling me to bite

How to Reproduce

Apply Rake and 5 CP rip with Bloodtalons and Tiger's fury up.
Build up cp again
It sometimes will recommend the first 5cp to be a bite but then every 5 cp after is rip.
