Voidweaver Shadow Priest is holding rotation advices to wait for Void Blast for 5s (instead of using filler, spending on devouring plague etc ...)
How to Reproduce
Talents : CIQAJVmtV83otBfEj5bt80waBMDmZeAAAAAAAAAAAAAjxGMzMLbbMzYmZmZZwsxMzMjZjBGjhZxsN1MDWgZmBAFgZb2WCmNWAsNDA
On Dornogal dummy. Follow the normal hekili rotation. No set part.

This is very weird. I only did a single snapshot when it was showing void blast with a 5s cd on it being recommended at the priority (similarly to when pooling ressources).
I'll do another one tomorrow but I'm a 100% sure this was taken with the wait time I talked about even if it doesn't show in the snapshot. Reloading seemed to have fixed it, but it might re happen at some point I guess.
It also just sounds like a duplicate of #4854
