[BUG] Archon Shadow Priest Tier set - 'power_surge_expiry' error almost every time Halo is casted

- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this bug report (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
Describe the Issue
Almost every time after casting Halo with the season 3 4-piece tier set, the addon will stop updating the recommendations for some brief period of time (inconsistent, ranges from 2-6 seconds usually). When attempting to manually take a snapshot as this occurs, the following error is produced (in BugSack):

Does not seem to occur with only the 2-piece tier set bonus equipped, however I only tested this twice.
How to Reproduce
- Enter the game as Archon Shadow Priest
- Equip Season 3 Tier set
- Cast Halo

Additional Information
Snapshot is not from the exact same moment that specific error paste came from, as the addon seemed to be failing to generate a snapshot most of the time I tried, only the error occurred. The same error does seem to occur each time.
