[REC] ⚠️ Aldrachi Reaver Havoc DH only recommends Immolation Aura in opener

Before You Begin

- I confirm I am playing on official Blizzard servers (not private servers).
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I have updated the issue title to clearly describe the problem.
- I am reporting an issue with the default specialization priority (not a custom or imported priority).

Describe the Issue
I except for Hekili to recommend me Immolation aura off-cd but it only does it in the opener.
How to Reproduce
- Enter game as Aldrachi Havoc DH
- take these talents (default raid talents) CEkAVVFIvriGAPx6R1rEiLo2caGMzMzYMzMjZmJmZGAAAAAAwsZMbzwMzsNzMbWmlxwMzwYZbWmBDjtNmkhZmBsA
- Fight a dummy or other single enemies
- Notice how you run out of Fury
- Never recommends Immolation Aura

Additional Information
I assume because apl changes of Fel Scared and "Fire Inside" talent it also somehow broke Aldrachi, just a speculation though

This snapshot is behaving exactly as your sim does.
Your sim only used immolation aura once per minute on average, and only ever in meta. It does not trigger on cooldown.
I would review your sims / class info (guides, discord, etc).
