[REC] ⚠️ Havoc aldrachi After you first use Essence Break it never suggest it again

- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I have updated the issue title to clearly describe the problem.
- I am reporting an issue with the default specialization priority (not a custom or imported priority).

Describe the Issue
after you eye beam you are suppose to use essence Break and then annilation/bladedance. But it just skips it
How to Reproduce
Go into the game and copy the aldrachi reaver talenst and fight dummys for 2 minutes and you see it never suggest it after first time
