Before You Begin

  • I confirm I am using the latest version of the addon (outdated versions may have problems that were fixed on the newest release).
  • I confirm I am playing on official Blizzard servers (not private servers).
  • I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
  • I have updated the issue title to clearly describe the problem.
  • I am reporting an issue with the default specialization priority (not a custom or imported priority).

Specialization

Paladin - Protection

Describe the Issue

I have noticed since one of the recent updates (not sure which one however) that whenever I am in combat the interrupt flash is flashing constantly instead of only when alerting to interrupt like it used to.

How to Reproduce

  1. Set spec as protection paladin
  2. Set Displays > Interrupts > Spellflash > enabled & combat only
  3. Enter combat

Might need a recording for this one. Your snapshot is showing "no recommendation".

Hopefully this works. I also disabled all addons except this one to confirm it wasnt an interaction.

I did some further testing with previous versions and it looks v11.2.0-1.0.0h is the last one it is working properly for me.

Hello I am having the same exact issue on my feral druid. Disabled all addons and weakauras. Issue went away. Then I enabled Hekili and issue comes back.

Found the issue. It was this change from h > i, I moved this section back to the outer "for i, b in ipairs( self.Buttons ) do" loop instead of the "if ability then" statement and it works as expected again.

Escalating to @Hekili, stems from: 390fe59

Noted; this issue competes with the bigger issue that displays can be updated with incomplete information mid-thread, which results in stuff like trying to display the wait action rather than the ability you'd wait for.

I made an account specifically to say that I was having the exact same problem and could not get it solved, so I just disabled anything having to do with interrupts. Before, when it worked, it was awesome! But the constant orange flashes were so distracting I missed more interrupts than I did if I just left it disabled. I will keep checked back here to see if/when it is resolved. So glad someone else posted because I thought I was the only one.

Are you updated to the newest version from about 4-5 hours ago which includes a testfix for this?
