DH - Havoc

Describe the Issue

Hello, small issue with the Havoc DH Felscarred opener: the addon recommends Essence Break → Death Sweep → Meta → Death Sweep (the usual combo). But with Felscarred, you don’t want to Meta in your window, since Chaos Strike has so much more value (burning blade talent in hero tree). Instead, the sim would use Essence Break after the second Eye Beam, when you can just spam Chaos Strike.

How to Reproduce

1. Enter game as Havoc Felscarred DH
2. Do the ST opener with ST build.

Looks like an issue with abyssal gaze/eye beam cooldown check causing essence break to pass conditions early.
