Describe the Issue

Hello! When playing the Felscarred AoE Mythic+ build, after casting Eye Beam the addon always recommends using Sigil of Flame. I think it’s treating it as the Meta-empowered version of the spell (the one that should explode right after pressing it).

How to Reproduce

1. Enter game as Havoc FS
2. Go on AOE Dummy as FS Mythic + build
3. Check rotation, eyebeam and see that sigil of flame is recommended immediatly even if you are at 100 fury.
