Describe the Issue

Hello ! Havoc DH Aldrachi reaver Inertia (Recommended ST raid build) holds inertia for too long when the sim uses it on cd.

How to Reproduce

1. Enter game as Havoc DH aldrachi reaver Inertia build
2. Go on ST dummy
3. Follow the rotation and witness that VR is usually hold when the sim does not hold (Usually).
