Describe the Issue

Enabling cooldowns against Target Dummy
Addon starts with DoTs, Force of Nature then into regular rotation.
Celestial Alignment is not recommended at any point, cooldowns ON or OFF.

How to Reproduce

  1. Enter as Balance Druid
  2. Target target dummy
  3. Enable cooldowns
  4. Follow rotation
  5. CA never recommended

Convoke the Spirits also not being recommended

You are not level 80 with a full hero tree. most of your condition checks are failing because you are using keeper of the grove, but you don't have the capstone talent Harmony of the grove, so buff.harmony_of_the_grove.up can never pass.

If the issue persists at level 80 with a full talent build, you may open a new ticket with new snapshots.
