Warlock - Demonology

Describe the Issue

For my demonolgy warlock, i get implosion recommended just after summoning the tyrant and not just before him expiring.

How to Reproduce

Just after doing a ramp as demonolgy and getting to 10 imps and summoning the tyrant i get implosion recommended, that didn't happen in older builds, just after the latest one that fixed the demonology rotation.
