Currently using a Subtlety Rogue, backstab will show as the next to cast with a cooldown/timeframe counting down say with 3sec remaining. However, the ability is already available to use despite what is showing in Hekili. See image with Hekili CD showing vs no CD on Backstab in the toolbar.

Submit a ticket following the ticket instructions. Screenshots tell me almost literally nothing.

If you pause and mouseover the icon, you'd see that Subtlety generally pools energy rather than spending instantly. The addon is timing its recommendations accordingly.

Sorry for not following the posting guidelines as I did not see anything other than new issue when I created.

As far as pausing and mousing over, what do you mean by pause and the mouseover shows nothing on my interface over the Hekili Primary Ability. I looked around in what I could find under Hekili but did not realize it was pooling energy but I would love to understand the mouseover in the future as you mentioned.
